Collette’s experience within the recruitment industry is multifaceted and comes with years of commended performance in the space of Talent Sourcing, Staff Management, HR, and Learning & Development.
With over 14 years’ experience her career history includes having provided key services as a preferred supplier for a number of years to a FORTUNE Global 500 ranked company – Unilever. In her previous employment with TOP 500 SA company – Adcorp (Quest), SA's largest diversified workforce management and business process outsourcing company; she held a pivotal role in outsourced staff management, talent sourcing at various levels right through to executive level, and the development & implementation of digital strategies and workshops which the company used to train their employees on digital sourcing / headhunting.
